Cities: Skylines release date revealed
Cities: Skylines, the game that could scratch the itch SimCity couldn't, now has a release date: 10th March on PC (Windows, Linux) and Mac.
It's a Paradox game made by a small team at Colossal Order - only nine people when we wrote our Cities: Skylines preview in September 2014.
But the developer's ambition lives up to its name, as Cities: Skylines boasts a 36 square kilometre world - room to sprawl - compared to the squeezed two-kilometres-squared SimCity had.
Nevertheless, Colossal Order promises not to bite off too much and to make the fundamentals work first and foremost.
