If you want to catch Mesprit when it's available in raids in Pokémon Go, then you'll need to have a good understanding of it's weakness and counters.
Mesprit can also occasionally be found in the wild, but these appearances are very rare due to its very low spawn rate and status as a regional exclusive, much like Uxie and Azelf. The regions this legendary is locked to are Europe, the Middle East, Africa and India.
