The Last of Us Part 2 - Serevena Hotel: All items and how to explore every area
The Serevena Hotel is the end destination within The Last of Us Part 2's Downtown Seattle area.
Following on from the Dome and Courthouse, you can access it after opening the Fuck Fedra Gate.

How to reach the Serevena Hotel in The Last of Us 2
Now you've visited Dome and Courthouse, and done everything you wanted to in Downtown Seattle, you can proceed to the Serevena Hotel. Note that this is a point of no return!
Head back west to the Fuck Fedra gate. Provided you have visited both the Dome and the Courthouse, getting the canister and fuel, you can power up the generator and open the gate.
The Fuck Fedra / East Gate 2 code is 5345.
Ride on until you reach the hotel.
Serevena Hotel explored in The Last of Us 2
To enter the Serevena Hotel, go round the left side and climb over the fence.
Proceed onwards into the lobby.
Inside are numerous infected, some in the lobby proper, and another behind the desk to your left.
This is a good time to use a Molotov, especially if you time it to take down a wandering sentry as well as the group in the middle.
Check behind front desk for crafting supplies, then enter the door on the right, where there are more things to gather before heading upstairs.
Go through the door after heading upstairs, and go right into the second room. The television cabinet has the WLF Recruiter Journal Artefact.
Opposite the television are some bedside cabinets. Inside one is the Know It All Trading Card.
Leave this hotel room, and there is a door slightly ajar across the corridor. This is a point of no return, so make sure you've grabbed everything you want in the hotel then enter for a cutscene.

Proceed to the next room, grab the hammer if you need a melee weapon, then drop down back outside.
Now walk round the corner to the gate, power the generator, and head on through.
Continue along the road until the cutscene. You'll now be in Eastbrook Elementary.
