Zelda: Breath of the Wild's motorbike added to Mario Kart 8 Deluxe

Surprise! There's a new update for Mario Kart 8 Deluxe downloading to your Nintendo Switch which contains Link's lovely motorbike from The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild.

You'll be familiar with the ride if you played Breath of the Wild's expansion The Champion Ballad. If not, here's how it looks in Mario Kart 8 Deluxe:

Mazza Kart's Link has also gained his costume from Breath of the Wild, while the Paraglider and Ancient Tyres are now available as kart parts.

It's a cool, unexpected addition which comes just a month after Mario Kart 8 Deluxe gained Nintendo Labo support.

Now, if only Nintendo would add Birdo, the game would truly be complete.
