Dagah Keek is one of the many shrines located throughout Zelda: Breath of the Wild. Found in the Lanayru region, it involves The Ceremonial Song quest.

If you need help finding and solving other Shrines, our Shrine location maps page can help, while our Zelda: Breath of the Wild walkthrough and guide covers other aspects of the game.

How to start The Ceremonial Song quest and ceremonial trident location

This is found in Zora's Domain, in the north east part of the Lanayru region. You'll naturally travel here on the way to completing one of the game's four Divine Beasts, at which point you're free to attempt it.

Once you're here, there is a fountain in the front centre of the domain. Here, chat to the girl in front of it with a quest marker, who gives you The Ceremonial Song shrine quest.

Chat to her again, and you'll be pointed in the direction of another Zora on top of one of the bridges to the north. Head there and have a chat to learn about the ceremonial trident, and it's fate at the bottom of the lake after it was dropped from the bridge.

Ceremonial trident location

Both this Zora and the trident can be found at this very position; him on top of the bridge, and the trident below it in the water.

To get the trident, drop down into the water, swim to either bank nearby, then use Cryonis rune to make platforms in the water, through to under the bridge.

Switch to Magnesis, and you'll be able to easily detect the ceremonial trident in the waters below. Pull it out onto the block of ice and collect it.

Where to find Dagah Keek

Now you have the ceremonial trident, how to open the way to the Degah Keek shrine. It's on the level above, to the west by a waterfall.

From here, easiest way is to travel up the waterfall to the north using the Zora Armor you gain from the main quest, then making your way on the cliffs round, or climbing up the cliff direct / fast travelling back to the city and going over.

However you get there, you'll find a glowing red pedestal. With the Ceremonial Trident equipped, you must slam down on the pedestal to make the shrine appear.

Thanks to a new update, it's now possible to play Zelda Breath of the Wild in VR. Want help with the main game? Our Zelda: Breath of the Wild walkthrough can help complete Divine Beasts Vah Ruta, Vah Rudiana, Vah Medoh and Vah Naboris and more. There's also how to get the Master Sword, Hylian Shield and all Zelda Captured Memories and Great Fairy Fountain locations, while our Shrines locations and Shrine maps hub explains where to find and solve every puzzle room, including dragon locations and Labyrinth solutions. We also have a DLC 1 guide and DLC 2 guide, including all Tingle, Majora's Mask, Phantom, Midna outfit locations.

To do this, you must attack in the air just above the ground, slightly above regular jumping height, so use the waterfall and Zora's Armour to swim up, then jump / glide down and perform the downward strike from just above.

Get it right, and the shrine will appear close by. Head down, and there's no puzzle to complete, just a chest with 100 rupees inside. Now head to the altar ahead to claim your Shrine Orb.

While you're here, here are other Shrines within this region:
